NSWRRA
Dear NSWRRA Members,
Please be advised, due to the State Government extension of the lockdown until midnight 16/07/21. There will be no Community or Premiership Rugby as well as no face to face organised training sessions or matches until at least Saturday 17th July. As you would be aware, restrictions on community sport have continued, so that all of Greater Sydney remains bound by the stay at home orders.
No Rugby Union can take place whether training or matches (until at least Saturday 17 July 2021).
For clarity, this means no club or organised training and no gym sessions. Exercising in groups of up to 10 is permitted, but clubs should NOT conduct, organise or promote formal training sessions. There is likely to be some type of gradual easing of restrictions and a return to community sport post 16th of July. We will communicate how this impacts rugby in due course.
We encourage everyone to keep monitoring the NSW Heath website.
