Phase 2 – 13/01 – 24/02/21

When – Wednesday evening 

Time – 6:30-7:30

Where – E Field at Shore Playing Fields,

Sailors Bay Rd, Northbridge.

Parking available inside the grounds

(turn left and park next to the field).

Phase 1 – 5 weeks of endurance work

culminating in a 2.4km time

trial conducted on the 16/12/20

Phase 2 – 7 weeks of mixed anaerobic

& aerobic work with a

Bronco Test on the 24/02/21
