DESCRIPTION:May Education Night to be held from 7pm Thursday 1st May at Hunters Hill Rugby Club\, Boronia Park \nTOPIC: To3 Role Clarity\nA member of the Shute Shield Panel has developed a TO3 Role Clarity resource that is currently in use at the Shute Shield level. It has been modified for non-Shute competitions and DAC requests Referees across the following to utilise this modified resource: \n\nPremiership Colts 1\nKentwell Cup\nBarraclough Cup\n\nMO Action Required: Going forward\, Referees at these levels are asked to send this resource to their appointed TO3 ahead of each fixture. All Match Officials (MOs) are encouraged to review this thoroughly each week prior to their appointments. \nThis TO3 resource will form the foundation of our upcoming Education Session at Boronia Park on Thursday night at Hunters Hill. Todd Cummings will be presenting and the session will focus on: \n\nClarifying the roles and responsibilities outlined;\nProviding opportunities to practice AR responsibilities; &\nReceiving feedback from MODs to support MO development.\n\nKey Notes:\n\nThe resource aims to support both Referees AND Assistant Referees in clearly understanding their responsibilities on game day;\nConsistent use is expected to enhance overall performance and alignment across officiating teams; &\nPlease do not modify this resource. Referees are welcome to highlight particular focus areas relevant for each match when sharing it with their ARs.\n\nAdditionally\, a Google Drive folder of supporting video clips is available for review. These clips showcase Assistant Referee responsibilities in alignment with this resource.
